The moment

They tell you the turn felt late. You saw the line was already too flat before they began it. You need to show the difference, not add another instruction.

Today, surfers can upload and mark their own private rides. A dedicated coach workspace and shared review flow are not available yet; we are open to partnership conversations.

    The feedback is fleeting.

    A useful observation can disappear between the beach and the next session, especially when the surfer remembers the ride differently.

  2. 02 / On the replay

    Point to the moment.

    Watch the approach together. Ask what the surfer saw, then show the decision that shaped what happened next.

  3. 03 / Next session

    Leave them with one cue.

    One clear focus is easier to use than five corrections. A saved clip makes it easier to return to that focus after the next surf.
