What each measurement means, how to read it and where to be careful. Choose a category to explore saved examples alongside the footage.
All measurements are estimates from video. These examples are smoothed across tracking gaps; saved analyses show where a measurement is unavailable. These are saved examples; your own results depend on what the footage supports.
How you fold and extend through a ride.
Look at when you compress and extend around a turn. A deeper bend is not automatically better; the timing and the wave matter.
Starter + Pro
How extended your body is between ankles and shoulders, expressed as a percentage of the length of the leg-and-torso chain.
Higher percentages mean a more extended posture; lower percentages mean more compression. It combines both sides of the body.
This is not a percentage of effort or a score. A low value can be exactly what the turn calls for.
Pro
Bend through the knees, estimated from the hip, knee and ankle positions.
The reading is in degrees. Values nearer zero describe straighter legs; larger values describe more bend.
Spray, a hidden leg or a distant rider can weaken the estimate. Check the body view alongside the number.
Pro
The bend between the torso and thighs in the reconstructed pose.
Degrees show how folded the body is at the hips. Use the body profile to see which posture produced the reading.
This is a posture estimate, not an isolated anatomical joint measurement or a measure of mobility.
