Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first upload is free. A card is needed only when you choose a paid plan.
What happens after I upload?
Pick the wave, confirm the rider and their height, and start the analysis. We email you when the result is ready, usually within 5–10 minutes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel from Plan & billing. Paid access continues through the current paid period; saved rides remain available.
What makes a good video?
One continuous ride at normal speed, with the rider, board and wave clearly visible. Steady footage from the beach, a drone or a boat all work.
